KYOSAKU
From the Japanese. "awakening stick" or "lightening stick." An aid carried by the Ino or meditation monitor for the purpose of encouraging the trainee’s meditation.
Fashioned from white oak. A shorter version is used by the master during Dokusan.
Offered in carved or plain finish.
